Along with our sister salon, Hot Heads, Alesandra Salon is proud

to have the most on-staff American Board Certified Haircolorists of

any salon in the United States!  This is one the requirements for our

stylist to reach the master level.

 Our Level System

 Our staff works on a 3 level system:

Artistic, Designer and Master.

This measures experience, and years of dedication.

Those at master levels are educators and have established a

high client demand.  A promotion to a new level

is an opportunity for advancement.  This encourages

stability and allows our employees to grow and

prosper based on years of loyalty and dedication

to their profession and clients.

Junior Stylist Program

At Alesandra Salon & Spa we pride ourselves in bringing you the best the industry has to offer.  As we continue to evolve with the needs of our clients we are proud to extend our salon service menu to include our junior stylist team.  Our junior stylists have been in the salon industry for a minimum of two years.  They have been through an intense training program lead by Alesandra's own Master Stylists.  Our fresh talent can offer you superior service at a reduced price as they continue to advance their skills.
